The MobFood project was present at SIAL Paris 2018, from 21 to 25 October 2018, the largest innovation and business event in the worldwide agri-food sector. It was an excellent opportunity to disseminate the project and their results among the many target audiences present: entrepreneurs, food industry, the scientific community and end-consumers.
